Australia’s Channel 7 will soon present its most recent and entertaining program: National Bingo Night. This new show will give Australians the chance to play bingo and win big prizes. Away star Tim Campbell will host National Bingo Night and will explain contestants the rules of this bingo game, which comes with a twist.
In each episode, a player will try to win while competing against the studio audience and balls numbered from 1 to 75 will be drawn from a huge bingo sphere. The 200 members of the audience will receive cards but contestants will be asked to guess if the next number drawn will be higher or lower than the one selected before, odd or even or red or black.
The studio audience will try to call ‘Bingo!’ before players reach their target and win $50,000, plus luxury cars and trips. If a member of the audience completes his card before the player does, the contestant will be sent home empty-handed. The show will take place at the “Bingo Plex” Arena, which was specially designed for the program.
Former singer/model Renee Bargh will co-host the National Bingo Night with Tim and comedian Tanveer Ahmed will play the Bingo Commissioner Tanny. Viewers will also be allowed to play at home by downloading bingo cards from a website. “Everyone, whether it’s the contestant on stage, the studio audience or those at home, is in the game with a chance to win big,” Tim explains. “It all comes down to luck and the bounce of the ball so anyone has the chance to win.”
