An event organized by the Municipality of Rio Grande to pay tribute to mothers in their day was held last Sunday at the sports centre of that Argentinean province.
About 3,000 women took part in the “Great Mother’s Day Bingo”. Both the gym and the annex to the main hall were filled by mothers of all ages, who approached the place to enjoy an evening full of surprises and Bingo for them.
On this occasion, the first Bingo ball -which had free entrance with major prizes distributed among Terns, Lines, Bingo of the 5 rounds, etc.- was called by the Secretary of Government, Pablo Blanco.
The evening became quite entertaining, and many of the mothers that were present took major awards, including: a cooker, a fridge, a microwave oven, and many more prizes from various businesses that collaborated with the event in tribute to the mothers.
